Our 100% grain-fed and forested in our miniature forest pork loin chops are to die for. Thick cut between 1 1/4” - 1 1/2” thick make them juicy, tender and flavorful. The rib pork chop is cut from the well-marbled rib portion of the hog - from the same cut as the Ribeye steak in beef. These chops will not disappoint.
Recommended cooking to not more than 150F internal temp. You can use the Best Steak Ever technique for chops too.
