Monthly Meat CSA

Our monthly CSAs are ready every Saturday of each month. No contracts. Cancel anytime.
When you sign up, we’ll assign you to the next available month with an open CSA slot.

You can choose to have your box delivered right to your door, picked up at the farm, or — April through November — picked up at the Downtown Growers’ Market.

We offer four types of boxes:

• Beef Only

• Pork Only

• Mixed (Beef + Pork)

• Ground Beef Only

You can also customize your CSA:

• Add 1 dozen eggs (+$8)

• No eggs – just meat

• Add 2 wild-caught Alaskan Sockeye Salmon filets (+$25)

Choose Your Box Size

Small – $100/month
Perfect for individuals or small families.
Includes roughly:

• 2 pounds of grind

• 2 steaks

• 1 roast

• A bonus cut (like ribs, stew meat, or sausage)

Medium – $175/month
Great for families or those who cook often.
Includes approximately 1.5× the quantity of the Small box:

• 3 pounds of grind

• 3 steaks

• 2 roasts

• A bonus cut (like ribs, stew meat, or sausage)

Large – $250/month
Ideal for larger households or those wanting to stock up.
Includes approximately 2.5× the quantity of the Small box.

The exact cuts will vary each month, but every box is curated for variety, quality, and value well above the price.
