Our Grinds Only CSAs offers 16 pounds of our most popular ground grass-fed and finished beef, and pork sausages and ground chicken. You can choose to have them delivered right to your door, pick them up at the farm, or April - November pick them up at the Downtown Growers’ Market.

If you choose the Mixed Ground CSA, you will receive a variety of the following:

• 100% Grass-fed & finished Ground Beef

• Green Chile Sausage - our signature sausage!

• Sweet Italian Sausage - wonderfully italian, certo!

• Hot Italian Sausage

• Trail Breakfast Sausage

• Ground Pork - fresh from our heritage hogs

• Ground Chicken - a mix of light and dark pastured chicken

• A variety of these quality grinds that make your box valued over $150.

When you sign up, we will assign you to a Saturday that has an open slot. You can choose to have them delivered right to your door, pick them up at the farm, or April - November pick up at the Downtown Growers’ Market.

No contracts. Cancel at any time. When you sign up, we will assign you to a week that has an available CSA slot.
