I want to tell you that the pork sirloin steak you brought us (instead of the unavailable shoulder steak we THOUGHT we wanted LOL) was fabulous. Fabulous! We adored it as we did our second package of green chile sausage.
Discovered them at the Downtown Market in Albuquerque. It quickly became my favorite place to get my sausage (I highly recommend their green chile sausage), pork chops, steaks, and other delicious meats.

Delicious beef and pork with very personal customer service! We are new to the area and I'm from a ranch family in Idaho, so I'm used to what my mom always calls "real" meat. It's awesome to have access to good meat and honestly the subpar factory farmed stuff in grocery stores is very high priced anyway, so please support excellent local producers like this! Love how huge and amazing the pork chops are and even the sirloin steak is deliciously tender.
The BEST beef brisket we have ever had. Purchased this beauty at the Downtown Growers Market in ABQ and it turned out perfectly. We have purchased beef, pork, and eggs from SMF before and have always had an excellent experience. HIGHLY recommend!!
The country ribs were fabulous. We made a teriyaki marinade and sauce, grilled them, and fixed rice bowls. The ribs were super juicy and flavorful. Thank you! We shall be back for more!
We purchased a quarter of beef and later half a hog. Both were outstanding. You can really taste the flavor of the meat and it is so much better than the meat you get at the store. The processing, cutting and wrapping were excellent. They double wrap everything in paper which keeps the meat fresh while in the freezer and there is no plastic. Everything was as promised. We will certainly be back to get more.
The service from Sweet Mercy Farms was outstanding, very fast and cost effective. Grass fed beef in NM... Better than the others in town and less expensive! I love that they had all of our ground beef packed in vacuum sealed bags and labeled. Donna and Lorenzo are exceptional. Thank you for your wonderful business! Wow! I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing meat! We tried the sweet Italian sausage with stuffed baked potatoes tonight. I had mine with broccoli, sauerkraut and habanero sauce and wow...my taste buds were very happy! Fantastic! The kids loved it too as it is sweet and not too spicy; I sautéed onions and garlic with the sausage. We plan to buy more. Thank you and we will pass on the good recommendation for you all!
We had the pork chops tonight. They. Were. Amazing. Literally the best pork chops I’ve ever had. We made four bone in chops for our family of 6, which was perfect, and everyone loved dinner— which is no small feat. Thanks so much for the opportunity to get such great meat at a reasonable price.
