Thank you so much for your purchase of Grass-fed Beef. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! We have offered the best cuts of the beef. Please make your selections on the choices below. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

*Please allow for some flexibility in your cutting order when ordering a 1/4 beef, as the quarters have to match.

  • Kabob or Stew meat

  • Chuck Roasts

  • Flank steak

  • Skirt steak

  • Boneless Sirloin steaks

  • Tri-tip roast

  • Hanging Tender (only on ½ beef or whole beef)

  • London Broil

  • Ground Beef
